Travel arrangements can be canceled at any time by written notice (e.g., email, mail) from the person who made the booking. Please provide written notice at least 30 days prior to the start of the trip to ensure proper processing. If cancellation occurs before the final payment is due, the deposit will be retained, plus a 5% non-refundable fee. If canceled after the final payment is due, cancellation fees as per the fee schedule below will apply. Notice must be made in writing directly to us or through your travel agent.
Failure to join the trip on the departure day results in 100% cancellation fees unless the guest notifies us of a delay and joins later at their own expense.
Cancellation fees apply to additional services (e.g., accommodation or transfers) prior to or after the trip.
Cancellation fees include any payments already made or contractually committed to third parties that are non-recoverable (e.g., hotel reservations, flights). Refunds will be processed after deducting cancellation fees and successfully recovering funds from third parties.
If a trip is canceled due to force majeure, we will try to provide an alternative trip (if available) or offer a future travel credit. No compensation will be paid for force majeure-related cancellations. Additional services provided mid-trip due to force majeure will be charged.
If full payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation with no refund. Reminders will be sent prior to the due date to make customers aware of the upcoming payment. A grace period of 5 days may be provided to allow customers to complete the payment.

Early return expenses are the guest’s responsibility unless caused by our negligence. There is no refund for early departure or missed components (e.g., hotels, meals). We recommend purchasing travel insurance for such circumstances.
A package tour refers to a booking that includes more than two services and involves an overnight stay arranged by us. Examples of services include accommodation, activities, and transfers. It is considered a package tour if multiple services, such as accommodation and activities, are combined into one booking.
A long-distance transfer refers to any transfer service that takes more than 1.5 hours of travel time, typically between distant locations or regions.
