You can collect your bags from the BSÍ terminal between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM.

What is the cancellation policy for this service?

If canceled by the client with more than 1-day notice, 96.5% of the payment will be refunded. A 3.5% non-refundable merchant fee applies.

How many bags each passenger is allowed without being charged extra?

Each passenger is allowed two have 2 items, if you have more, please inform us in advane, our agent can let you know if there is an extra fee or note.

How long can I store the luggage?

You are welcome to store the luggage as long as you like? however, it will be added $35 for an extra day.
