If you booked a tour from the port, your tour is customized only for cruise ship passengers so your guide will wait for you.

The guide will be waiting for you at the port with a sign with your name.

If the operator cancels the tour due to bad weather, you will receive an email and an offer to reschedule. If rescheduling does not work, we will refund the full refund.

It is a fundamental booking condition that you accept the hazards involved in this sort of tour, and you accept that in visiting remote and mountainous regions there is an element of on-tour flexibility.
