What if we don’t see the Northern Lights?
You can rebook another tour with a 50% discount if there are no lights on the day tour; private departures are not eligible. Upon request, an email with a coupon code will be delivered.
What if the tour gets canceled?
We typically don’t postpone the northern lights tours. Only in extreme cases may the tour be postponed due to bad weather. Instead, up to five hours before departure, we provide customers the option to cancel the tour and receive a full refund. Changing your departure date is likewise free of charge. To determine their chances of witnessing the Northern Lights, we advise our customers to carefully review the Aurora Forecast at www.auroraforecast.is. Cancellation emails will ONLY be sent through email.
Do I need to bring my ticket?
Yes, kindly bring your ticket. You can print it out or have it on your phone or tablet. Ensure that the QR barcode is readable and visible.
What is the Cancellation Policy for this tour?
- We will charge a cancellation fee of 100% if the booking is canceled 24 hours or less before the event.
- We reimburse you 96.5% if the booking is cancelled with more than 24 hours notice.
- 3.5% is a non-refundable Merchant fee.
