Get ready for an unforgettable adventure in Iceland’s stunning Westfjords!
Start your journey with a visit to Dynjandi, a breathtaking waterfall in Iceland’s Westfjords. Known as the “Jewel of the Westfjords,” it’s a must-see for nature lovers. Enjoy a scenic 2-kilometer hike to the waterfall, taking about 30 minutes. The trail is good for most visitors and offers stunning views. Stop by the visitor center to learn about Dynjandi’s history and the surrounding area. Capture beautiful photos of the waterfall and its surroundings. Relax and enjoy the peacefulness of this remote location.
Next, we head to Holt Beach, a serene and beautiful spot in the Westfjords. It’s perfect for those who enjoy quiet, natural places. Take in the beach’s scenic beauty, surrounded by cliffs and green hills. Enjoy the tranquility and listen to the soothing sounds of nature. Spend some time birdwatching, as the area is home to various bird species. Capture the stunning scenery, especially during the golden hours of sunrise and sunset. Remember, facilities are limited, so bring what you need for a comfortable visit.
The adventure ends in Ísafjörður, the largest town in the Westfjords. Ísafjörður is celebrated for its stunning natural landscapes and rich cultural heritage. We recommend wandering through the town’s charming streets, visit local museums, and indulge in traditional Icelandic cuisine at one of the cozy restaurants after the tour.
Guests should be able to hike a 2-3 km (1.2-1.9 miles) moderate trail carrying a 15-20 kg (33-44 lbs) backpack.
Previous experience in wakeboarding, snowboarding, surfing, skateboarding, and general fitness can enhance your ability to stand up on the first try.
Guests must know how to swim and feel comfortable in the water.

Yes, the tour is suitable for cruise ship passengers.
No, our wakeboarding and waterskiing tours are identical in terms of gear, locations, and overall experience. We offer both wakeboards and waterskis to accommodate guests’ preferences based on their backgrounds in snowboarding, skateboarding, or skiing.
We offer knee boards, which are beginner-friendly and perfect for people with no background in waterskiing, wakeboarding, or similar sports. Riding on your knees on the board is easier and less physically demanding, making it a great way to take your first steps into these sports.
While we pass by several towns, our main stops include Isafjordur for meetings in the morning and potentially a store if guests need to purchase items for the day. The guide will share insights about the towns, their social life, history, and culture as we pass by. There’s an option to shorten the wakeboarding session for a walking tour in one of the towns upon guests’ preference, but our primary focus remains on hiking and watersports.
Minimum age is 14 years old.
We accommodate guests up to 100 kg and 195 cm in height. The tour isn’t wheelchair or stroller accessible and isn’t recommended for those with back problems, heart conditions, or pregnant travelers.
Guests of all experience levels are welcome to book a tour. While previous experience in wakeboarding, waterskiing, skiing, snowboarding, surfing, or skateboarding and general fitness can increase the chances of standing up and riding on the first trip, it’s not a requirement. We do require guests to know how to swim and feel comfortable in water.
During the summer, water temperatures range between 7 and 10 degrees Celsius (45 to 50 degrees Fahrenheit). We use the latest technology wetsuits designed specifically for watersports, allowing you to stay in water as cold as 2 degrees Celsius (35.6 degrees Fahrenheit). For tours heading to a geothermal pool practice spot, the water temperature is about 37-38 degrees Celsius (98.6 to 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit), and wakeboarding/waterskiing is done in swimsuits.
In the event of inclement weather or unsafe water conditions, the wakeboarding session may be canceled by the operator. If we cancel the session due to weather conditions, customers will have the option to receive a 96,5% refund, book an alternative tour, or reschedule the session without any additional charges.
